George Dobbins, Owner/Operator

Hi I’m George and I am so glad to be doing what I’m doing. I have been coaching fitness since graduating high school in 2001. Shortly after that, I opened up my first gym in 2006. Since then, I have enjoyed seeing bodily transformations and new performance levels being reached. I have seen and done this with much success through bodybuilding, powerlifting, and CrossFit. 


Being physically fit has always been such a pursuit and as of recent, I have enjoyed exploring other components of wellness that I believe to be foundational to everlasting change and longevity. In 2023 I started to dive into what it means to be emotionally flexible and in return becoming mentally strong. Through that season of my life, I became a certified coach in the same method that gave me freedom. Becoming an Enlifted coach gave me a new perspective to healing and continued wellness. Creating a balance and an intentional approach to emotional, mental, and even spiritual wellness has enabled so much more enjoyment and opportunity for physical exercise. After many years of I love being able to coach individuals through their own story whether past, present, or future so that they can to live life well.

I am Madison Houdek, I grew up in Felton Delaware my entire life! I myself am a passionate fitness enthusiast with a long dedication to exercise. Having been active since the age of six, fitness has always been an integral part of my life. Currently pursuing a degree in Exercise Science, I am committed to deepening my knowledge and expertise in the field to help others achieve their health/mental and fitness goals. With a blend of personal experience and academic focus, I am determined to inspire and empower individuals to live healthier, more active lives. Whether in the gym or the classroom, I bring a serious commitment to the science of fitness with a friendly and approachable attitude.
